St. Mary's was an average school, but I believe not worth the money. The academics was not the best. Their use of the common core lessened their ability to teach middle schoolers to be prepared for high school and ultimately college. If you have the money, there are better private schools on long island. If not, you are better off sending your child to public school.

Best decision ever! We love St Mary's for our daughter and cannot wait for our youngest to join the school soon. Amazing stafff, teachers and community. They take security seriously and she is thriving there!

SME far exceeds the public "Schools" in Manhasset. The environment for faith and studies is significantly better than Shelter Rock or Munsey Park. Its really not even close.
