The school is pretty good overall, but there are quite a few staff members who don’t know how to talk to parents. They speak as if everyone should know the expectations, procedures, & standards for events and the overall communicatory tone can be condescending. I’ve had a hard time getting basic ans...

I am a teacher at Alice Ponder Elementary. We have an amazing group of teachers and students. Our staff is more like a family than a group of coworkers. I have worked at other schools, and nothing compares to Ponder. It is great!

Alice Ponder is an amazing school. From the moment you walk in the door you feel the love the teachers and staff have for the kids and their education.

Both of my children attend Alice Ponder Elementary. My husband and I have been very pleased with their education. The staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care about students individual needs. It's a fun and warm atmosphere.
