Negligent faculty. My daughter went here some years ago and to say she was in constant danger is an understatement. The trauma she faced here will always be something she carries with her.

The teachers have really been the highlight of my experience. Since it's a boarding school, lots of them live on campus and are really invested in the students. The college admissions office was another highlight. My college counselor was lovely and really took the time to get to know me outside of the counseling office.

For the last four years, Tabor has been my home away from home. I love my teachers, my dorm, my friends, and my classes. I never grow tired of living by the harbor. I would like to see improvement with communication between administration and student voices, but I think Tabor is well on its way there.

My beautiful, smart, funny 14 year old daughter had a meeting set up by the dean of students solely to tell her she had “antisocial behavior and would go nowhere in life.” She struggled greatly after Tabor Academy with the immense trauma she faced from faculty. This is a dangerous place.

Horrible! Miserable and depressing place, definitely a no go if you would like your child to have a decent and constructive high school experience!
