Some people were fake but there were people that I became friends with that made going to school fun

The academics are poor and don't solve conflict issues. The food varies everyday from a decent meal, to basically a small snack. The only good thing about Marion School District is that we have technology.

Small; all of the teachers know you and can help whenever the student needs it. All of the students have known each other for numerous years. There are not very many sports opportunities besides soccer and track but you learn to make the most of them.

Academically they aren't that high up on the list and they won't protect your kids. They let bullying and assault slide and will not keep your child safe.

There are many caring and well-meaning teachers and staff, but they can't overcome decades of poor top-down culture and misused funds. .Soccer and the musical are the only valued activities. Kids with the financial means get to join a German trip abroad. There are no real opportunities for students...
