The best parts about my school is that the teachers want to get to know you and help you achieve your goals. The worst part is that it's a very small school so there isn't a lot of diversity or new people to meet.

Tuslaw is a very small school that cares about its students and encouraged students and teachers to get to know each other to better the student's education. The staff is very friendly, there is hardly any school fights or drama, the school has a strict rule system that keeps its students safe. There really is no bad when it comes to Tuslaw, even the food is pretty good.

Parents of generational students and board members give preferential treatment to generational students. If you are a first generation Tuslaw student, or don't have friends in the district, you're treated extremely poorly. The barriers to entry and attitude of parents are awful. Some of the worst fans to have to sit with at sporting events. Faculty do the best with what they're stuck with.

I am a graduate of a larger district, and really thought that sending my children to a smaller school would be beneficial, however, this school is incredibly clicky. Even the parents. My kids have been in the district for 11 years and we are still left out of the loop. If you don't know people, forg...

Administration seems to take the safety of students lightly. My son was assaulted and the school did very little to resolve the situation, in fact, they did not even call his mother or I to inform us he had been assaulted. After complaining to the administration about the assault and their lack of i...

I graduated from Tuslaw High School in 2010. I was able to attend post secondary classes and get a whole year of college done while in High School. Tuslaw was a great school that was a great preparation for college. Extracurriculars were also wonderful, great coaches!
