My overall experience at Mathis High School was great overall. Through out my years in this school I have made many great memories as well as not so great ones. Some best parts of my experience is the sports I have played within the years. I have learned a lot of skills in the sports that I have participated that helped me become a better player and person in the classroom. I've learned a lot of advice that will contribute to me when I'm in college. Some things I would have changed was to not be as scared to be interacted in activities or done things I would have wanted to do. Everyone says make the most of these memories and time in high school because it flys by. Well it certainly does if there was something to change it would have been the nervousness and shyness that I had in me. Mathis High School is a great place I wish I could do it all over again because I didn't expect it to go by this fast and change most of the things I did and do it all over again but in a better way.

I wish this school had more resources, I feel like with more resources we could have better outcomes for students.

My experience at Mathis High School has been amazing. Everyone is always so helpful. The faculty and administrators actually want and push the students to succeed. Many people don't think of Mathis high school as a great school until they actually come to the school. I love it here in Mathis. I also hope to come back to Mathis to teach and coach.

The administration was terrible and did not care about us (the students) very much, they did little to nothing to prevent bullying, they cared more about the dress code then almost anything else.
