Mauldin is a large and lively school. Teachers engage with their classes in a positive manner and encourage learning. The new guidance staff are amazing when it comes to learning about things like college opportunities. The only thing I can think of that would improve Mauldin is maybe more student work displayed in the hallways. I would definitely send my children here if I had any, my experience at Mauldin high has been great over the past 4 years.

I never enjoyed high school. Maybe that was just my experience. I loaded myself with classes so I could graduate early. My mom worked at my high school which I loved.

I believe that Mauldin High School has given me the high school experience that I was expecting and more. Mauldin High School has given me life time friends and the best teachers that I have learned a lot from. From football games to learning math all the aspects have helped me learn and have so much fun. The school will randomly use metal detectors which make our students feel safe and secure at school in the building. Our parking lot is always crowded so getting out is a hassle but that is what you expect at a high school of over 2,000 students. Overall I think Mauldin High School is a safe and friendly environment and is helping me grow as a person and student for all the right reasons.

I absolutely hate this school. It’s so much drama. They definitely are racist but act like they not. The teachers, principal, AP, administrators and counselors don’t do anything about kids being bullied.
