Maumelle High School just okay. It's been a fun school to go to but it didn't have much competition about it is the only public high school in the area. I think the art and music department was competitive with other schools around the city. About half of our sports team were competitive. The basketball team was 1 point away from winning state this year. The principal did a great job building the overall culture of the school by being involved in day to day activities and present during extracurricular activities. He attended all sporting events and had buses available to student to attend out of town events.

Best experiences is more along the lines of English and Reading. Academics and grades are good. Math and Science still need improvement.

Overall, I really enjoyed my high school experience at Maumelle. The community was great, we had so much support, and it was just really amazing. Though, as we know no school is perfect and we did have our few downfalls. I feel that Maumelle tried to overcome those downfalls and make the best out of what we had, which was enough for me and my experience. Covid did hurt me though, I didn't get that actual high school experience until my Junior year and it was all so new but it felt great.
