So, I was apart of the first year that Shayne started to do 5th grade (2024-25) it was awful. Nothing made sense, people got into fights most of the time, people were skipping classes to go to the counselor, we got screamed at for giving out bracelets and loads more! My son has been at Shayne for two years going on third year. Two years of prek and starting kinder in fall. I have been extremely pleased thus far with teachers, community involvement, drop off, pick up, teachers/ assistant principle always outside, pto. My child gets speech and occupational therapy...

Students : teacher ratio is approximately 30:1. It is common for teachers to yell at the kids. The toilets are in bad condition. Overall, the school facilities are not clean and infested with insects and rodents. Poor air circulation. The school Principal is not pro-active and barely seen outside of...

The bus system is ridiculous at this school. I never know when the 1st grade school bus is coming. It just comes when it wants too. This has to stop. I can’t just sit out there playing the guessing game when I have to work also.
