My experience with McBain High School is pretty good so far. The teachers are great. This year has been pretty difficult because of COVID-19. I wish they made made sure that you were being challenged enough because I'm taking some classes that feel way too easy. I was in robotics for the past two years and this year our coach quit mid season. The school made no effort to find another one.

McBain over all is a nice small town high school. However, there is a lot that can be improved. In the school its self there are many up dates that need to be taken. Such as, the lunch room and middle school gym. McBain is currently starting to make upper level classes available to students. However, these classes are just starting to develop and there is much work to be done. In my experience McBain is good for a general high school degree, but if you are looking to get ahead before college McBain is not for you.

The school over all is very small and it is great to be able to get from class to class easily as well as knowing everyone in your class. It's a great school and it has very great teachers that are willing to help no matter what. I've appreciated my 4 years of High School here very much and I'm very glad I am in the school district.
