Had a daughter receiving special ed services that attended for 6-8. Was constantly bullied but admin had no control nor authority over the situations. Was physically assaulted in 7th grade. honestly i like scoggins. There may be kids doing drugs, there may be kids affiliated with gangs in the school, and there my be fighting a lot, but the world is not perfect. The school is horrible at responding to actual problems appropriately. When there is a child interrupting class, the school teachers always tell them to be quiet and not do anything when they do it again.
