The best part of my experience at South Medford High school has been in the arts program. I've been in the marching band the past 4 years and it has been the best community I have been apart off with welcoming students.

I went to South for my entire high school career. Most of the teachers are very helpful, the spirit is very high, and there's something for everyone!

Overall, South Medford High School provides an opportunity for many students to succeed if they apply themselves. Unfortunately, they removed the "college and careers" class from the curriculum and students are not well prepared for applying for schools and scholarships.

I strongly regret placing my children in this system that makes a joke of education. When they graduate without learning more than I was taught in 7th grade, I am horrified at the federal funds wasted sending them to colleges which have also dumbed down their subjects to maintain enrollment. I've had 2 kids go to South Medford High School. The teachers there seem to really care about the kids and their education.

Had a great experience with teachers who are very passionate about what they do. I also think this school has a great sense of community and school spirit.
