Melrose High School has been great for me because i have been friends with the same group of kids for my whole life. This is the only school I know and I don't know where else I would be going.

Melrose High School is a wonderful school and though it is lacking in some areas, it has a variety of extremely talented teachers and staff who care deeply about the education of students.

I transferred in my senior year and it was very underwhelming, no school events and if there were It ws clicks and lacked a sense of community. teachers are uninterested and don't take they're job seriously. I was in a marketing class and my teacher was out most f the year and didn't challenge me at all. she also was very rude and uninterested in teaching, she would often cut class short or not even teach because her "throat hurt"

This school is not academically challenging unless your child takes AP classes. Teachers are chronically absent and often do not leave any assignments for students to complete. These classes are called a "sub blocks" except that they do not have any substitute teachers, so the classes get cancelled...
