Overall, I had a great experience at Melvindale High School. The highlight of my experience was the opportunity to join the early college program and earn my associates degree in business.

Melvindale High School is a small school full of diversity. It is a school that pushes each of their students to do their best and provides all the resources needed for excellence. In my years at Melvindale High School I have felt that the atmosphere there is like no other school's atmosphere. The student body is incredibly accepting of each other. You can walk into a normal school day at Melvindale High and see the beauty of it. The beauty of cardinal spirit. Everyone that attends Melvindale High School is involve or supports each other in one way or another. Although one thing I would change about Melvindale High School is its involvement with the community of the city as a whole.

As a Former student I didn't like MHS at all some of the teachers didn't teach good they lacked a care for the students, the principle is very mean and doesn't know how to be understanding at all, Melvindale is not a choice to send your child Too much drama and not enough teaching

I despise this school, I've been here for 4 months now and can not wait to transfer schools. While the teachers are kind, they lack the ability to control their classes and some seem to have less knowledge then their degrees say they have.
