Hilltop is a wonderfully supportive school that values both academics and character. The administration, counselors, and teaching staff are equally outstanding and vested in students' growth and learning. Because of the school's small size, there is a focus on each student as an individual. I feel fortunate to be included in such an outstanding school community.

Hilltop Elementary has been an amazing experience for my daughter. We relocated to the area and the principal and administration have been attentive and wonderful from the start. The teachers are compassionate and understanding and take their time with each student. There is a strong level of school pride and community. She loves her classmates and is engaged throughout the day and we know we have picked the perfect school for her.

Strong principal and teachers. The school needs to do a better job identifying students needing additional help including 504, IEP and those with slight needs. Parents have to fight to get their child assistance. Many have to pay for outside testing in order to show the school that help is needed. I...

Hilltop is a fantastic school! We started our children at St. Joseph's school in Mendham because we wated the faith-based education, but we were shocked at how the school was run and how little "faith" and "education" existed in that school. Hilltop has a solid team of teachers and got a (much needed) new principal in 2011 who shows all the signs of being a great long term addition. The town values its schools, and is very active in supporting them.
