I was never bullied personally at Merton, but I babysit several kids who were. One boy was burned with a lighter by his peers, and the school failed to get involved. Another boy is constantly being teased on the bus ride home because he has downs syndrome. The school does little to hinder bullying.

Overall, I had a great time at Merton school. I really loved my peers and teachers.

My daughter has had an amazing experience so far and absolutely loves going to school. She has excelled at a tremendous pace and her teachers have a high level of communication with the parents. We feel so fortunate that our daughter has an opportunity to attended the Merton School District.

I have two boys that attend Merton Primary and they are excited to go to school everyday. They both are graduates of the speech program and do great on state tests.

This school is terrible for special needs. While the therapists have been great, the special education has been awful. My son struggled for 2.5 years and they kept blaming him. I even took him to Children’s to their Child Development Clinic where he was diagnosed as intellectually disabled. The scho...
