The best part of my experience is having good teachers. Also having good and amazing councilors who help with schedule problems.

I have just graduated from Westwood, I think it is an alright HS but the only good teachers I had were in freshman year. The food is bad (only good thing is the spicy chicken wrap) and some kids set fire to the bathroom trash cans twice. I am glad to be out as rules got stricter every year and in my last year they changed to a block schedule. Bad things aside, I met some great friends her and still enjoyed my time here. The students themselves are nice and I never saw any bullying.

2-3 Fights everyday on campus that were so bad that the SRO officers (5 officers in total) were running around all day breaking them up or bringing students to the front office for serious misbehaviors. Beside a few great teachers (mostly in the IB program), the staff is horrible and is unhelpful in every regard for high school/ college/ life. I would love to see college advisors be helpful at Westwood and change the culture.

My daughter could have gone to a better school with AP classes but chose Westwood which has been an unpleasant experi...

Just graduated last year and loved the school. Out of all 4 years I loved all but 1 of my teachers. I learned a lot and they have amazing recourses for collage that helped me get a scholarship for MCC.
