If you can afford to live in Metairie, you can afford private schools that is the best route. These students at T.H.Harris are not getting a decent education. As long as we live in the school zone that is zoned for my child to attend a brick and mortar school, and TH Harris is the school for attendance, I will have him homeschooled.
