The best parts of Metlakatla High School are the student-to-teacher and the culture in the school. The worst part is the students' mindset of "that's good enough".

The school is nice and you don't have to pay for your own lunch but the staff can be cruel at some times and don't listen very well, sometimes they just blow off students and their suggestions or questions.

This is one of the best schools in the country as far as teachers, students, and administration. Don't let the test scores fool you. There is no better place to teach or learn.
