People at Mexico High School form more of a community than many other schools do. There is a lot of support from the administration for extracurriculars, and the people are very accepting of others despite the rural stereotypes many would place on the area. For Mexico, there is a lot of room for improvement in regards to the school's focus on academic success and college readiments.

i hate this school and most of the teachers there should be fired. my 9th grade english teacher would talk the entire class about her and her fathers poor relationship as well as how she wanted to drink all the time.

A lot of kids get lost in the shuffle. Discipline can be very uneven from one student to the next for the same incident. Another review noted that some took care of their own - absolutely right. Kids with certain pedigrees are treated differently by teachers and administrators. FFA at Hart is wonder...
