Middletown High School is located in a busy and popular town, this causes the diversity and crime rate to be higher. Through the 3, soon to be 4 years at this school, many student fights, fire drills due to smoking, and skipping of classes have taken place. This has caused my education to be altered. Overall, the school is very preparing for careers and colleges and has many different academic and elective choices for students to take advantages of as well.

The administration gives out no consequences to those who do not follow the rules making it so they just group everyone together, hurting the kids who aren't doing anything wrong. For example, they lock all the bathrooms because certain kids vape making it really hard for other kids to try and find one that's open so that they are able to go. Most teachers are good but there are some that aren't. For example, are math department isn't that great making it hard for kids to be able to learn certain subjects.

Even now they are adding more options for AP and such. It's a diverse school, and pretty large, so I didn't kn...

Middletown High is in a diverse town, so the students all come from different backgrounds. This is different from a lot of schools where everyone is a clone of everyone else and allows students to experience different viewpoints..
