Teachers here are the biggest bullies but want to enforce a bullying policy. Principal is a joke. No point in searching for a resoultion, principal always defenses teachers behavior. Most teachers aren't credentialed and it shows.

Although, I am fairly certain this won't do any good, maybe you will come across it and it will help. I don't know of an alternative school that would be any better in MISD which is why we are still at this school. We moved to Midland a few years ago and three of our kids go here. Its a great school, the teachers are awesome. The school struggles like any midland school with high turnover and large class sizes, but Fannin is probably one of the best elementary schools in the city.

The AP is unprofessional. As an upper middle class school, our children should be performing much higher than they do.
