Established in 2008, Tomahawk Creek Middle School encourages partnership between students, parents and communities to support children in academic and personal success. Over the last decade, the school has focused on philanthropic efforts to give back to the community through events such as Toys for Tots and Tomahawk Gives Back. Tomahawk Creek is a high-performing middle school in the Chesterfield County School System that serves sixth through eighth grade students. The student-teacher ratio is slightly above the state average, but that doesn’t hinder student performance. Most students at Tomahawk Creek are achieving proficiency in math and language arts, outperforming state averages. In middle school, students explore various electives and honors classes, cultivating their interests as they progress toward high school. Tomahawk offers electives in music, world languages, technology and more. Tomahawk believes in the importance of participation in school clubs, stressing that clubs help develop creative, social and physical skills that are desirable qualities for future success. Students can focus on leadership skills in the Junior National Honor Society or join Art Club for a creative outlet.

It's very hard to keep your mental health in check with mean students picking on you for the littlest things. The Administration here is terrible, they can be very horrible to students for doing a simp...
