My daughter has had the opportunity to be involved with several extracurricular clubs and after school activities. For 6 & 7 grade she participated in WAVE which is a grant funded after school "enrichment" program. She also participated in the ski club all 3 years in her attendance at WSMS. It was well planned, well supported and gave her the time she needed outside of school to just have fun. There is something for everyone here.

This was a former elementary school that was re-purposed for the middle school. The city did not upgrade as it should have. labs are small, the gym is tiny, outdoor space is kept nice but it is limited, there is no air conditioning, the classrooms and bathrooms all need to be updated. The cafe is small and is also used for assemblies. If there is to be a crowd, the high schools' auditoriums must be used after school hours.

Very good school!! My son went to this school and he loved it. The pace was good. Student teacher's ratio is good. Teachers are very warm and are working hard for to help students improve their grades. Kids are challenged to excel where they are lacking and that is for betterment of kids. Overall be...

Excellent middle school!! Great communication between teachers & parents. Students know what is expected of them and they do well acdemically as well as personally in their character building. Great principal & teaching staff. Overall happy students & grateful parents. :)

It has been a wonderful experience for my child at this school. Teachers have gone above and beyond to support students that have the motivation to learn and improve. The staff is very friendly and effective at teaching students to be respectful and kind. Bullying is not tolerated.

This school is one of the best school I have been to. It has been annoying with all of the construction but we can live. The teachers here are the best and I recommend highly to go here.
