It originally my last resort to get into a private school, but now it's a great experience that I never want to change. The worst part was being sent home for med leave since they couldn't really do anything about it, but the best thing was meeting people who had similar yet different views in life.

No Infirmary-must leave campus for 5 days for the flu. School is a ghost town on open weekends. School slogan "known and needed?"--historic. Exodus of great faculty with new headmaster. Ok if your student plays ice hockey or you are choosing from neighborhood schools and live nearby.

Absolute best time of my life. Faculty treats you with such respect and they care for your success. Dorm parents treat you like their own children. Student body is pretty clicky but its high school and youll find that anywhere. Overall, it was a great experience.

Millbrook has been a godsend for my son. He was academically and athletically relatively confident before he got there. But the personal attention he got in math from Ms. Clizbe and Mr. Turner really helped him see that he could be a genuinely strong math student. Mr. Okolie, the new math teacher an...

Ripped my family apart. The school CFO represented my son against me ( read Parental Alienation) in Duchess County. Then the new Headmaster took my two children into the school with no paperwork. Now the school has legal custody of my two minor children. My father and sister went to the school befor...

Really a fantastically supportive environment. The academics are rigorous without being punishing. The teachers there are low-key and also stimulating. The school really steps up with its values. Students live those values and carry them on into their future world. My daughter felt over-prepared for...

My daughter has been at Millbrook for 2 years and is thriving. Academics, community service and after school activities have been just right for her. A truly great school!
