My overall experience at Hiland High School has been pretty positive. There are just a few negatives but that's because we are such a small school compared to all the other schools. This leads to less opportunities and programs that aren't as big. As an art and music student, we don't get much funding for the school so we are limited on certain supplies. The art teachers are great though and have helped me so much during my time at Hiland.

The teachers care about you and how well you do. Sometimes they can get of topic, but at the end of the year you realize how much you learned and are able to retain.

Not very diverse, but good teachers who prepare students well for future college experience. It's a small town setting and everyone knows each other. The sports are very popular and there is a tradition of a lot of the programs succeeding. The building is very nice, newly built and has good facilities. The programs are small but as I entered my college courses I was confident in what I had learned in high school.

Their christian roots still hold strong today as they have prayer meetings. Sports program is loved by whole student body and familile...
