GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I personally think McLoughlin High could make some improvements in their school spirit and how to deal with violence and bad attendance is pointless. I would have loved to get acknowledged for the work that I did, I wanted to be recognized and given more personal attention. They don't pride their attention on their work, but some teachers are actually very good and their job.

it was fine and dandy, there wasn't too much to do and see while being there but it's an okay school to go but only if there isn't another school to go to. most of the kids there kept to themselves and their friends so you better hope you made some good friends that go there too before going yourself.

McLoughlin High School is very small compared to other high schools that I have seen but I think that is what makes going there great. We can get one on one time with our teachers and create bonds with our entire class. One thing I would hope to see more of at Mac Hi is school spirit. It would be great to have the football stands packed with cheering kids and for everyone to participate in school activities.

Staff are rude and don’t care much about students. They don’t try to work with students who need any type of support to make their education experience easier. Kids who may be more closed off aren’t considered much at all. A lot of the focus is directed on kids who are more extroverted and the shyer...
