This place was terrible. There are multiple issues with this school, drugs,vapes, etc are a major issue and are commonly found or cause disruptions in the school. Adding to that, major harassment cases and major fights are extremely common here. Safety Is a major issue here. Don't go here if you value Safety or mental health. Your mental health will be in a constant downwards spiral here.

I have had a lot of troubles being here, the curriculum can be difficult and the staff aren't all friendly. There have been a few teachers and faculty who I am very grateful for as they are kind and very helpful. Overall the academics aren't super hands on a side from science classes or art classes. They partner with Sabin technical career trade school which is amazing. Sabin/Schellenburg are absolutely amazing and open up all kinds of oppurtunities. My experience with other students has not been great. there is little community or respect. a lot of fighting and bullying. overall not a comfortable place to be.

I've been a 4 year student at milwaukie since the pandemic. First of all this is from personal experiences and observation of what my classmates have experienced to. Students are incredibly untaught and disengaged in class most of us don't care about the subjects and even that we don't understand it...

The school is clean and well maintained. Teachers are engaged. My kid has good group of friends. High school usually sucks but my kid is doing okay here after COVID and what all. Much better than PPS. Unfortunately, that's not saying so much.

Kids in high school are mean, the approach the staff takes to bullying and harassment can use some more work, but overall overlooking that situation everything else is pretty great.
