I wish that there was more available college courses to jump start your college credits. I did like being able to take college courses my senior year but I would have liked to go full time to be able to be that much more ahead. The teachers were great, and I had a fun time in high school.

All of the teachers try very hard to actually educate their students. It is clear to see that they really care. The problem with the school is the lack of concise organization.

Grand County High School is located in the beautiful Moab valley of Southeastern Utah. I find this to be a great school because it is just under 500 students, so it is easy to get one on one time with any teacher. GCHS is also connected with Utah State University in that many of the classes offered at GCHS count as college credit. This is especially convenient for students and can save them thousands of dollars and help them earn their degree sooner.

It definitely could've been worse. I think a lot of it has more to do with the attitudes in the community and fr parents than anything the school itself can really fix.

Honestly, there are some incredible teachers here at GCHS. However, there are also some absolutely HORRIBLE teachers as well.
