Being a student at MALC from 5th-8th then 9th-12th was a great experience. The teachers are the biggest reason why we all succeed aiding us in what ever way possible. They take their time to help us understand the work, and helping us stay on task and prepare for the future. Although, the administration lacks in some areas which makes student less encouraged and feel worse for the school. Overall a great school but a soccer teams needs to be added to the school because many of the kids grew up playing.

MALC was a great place, but unfortunately nothing would change after something would happen. Several kids would try and change an idea or make one up themselves and it would be shot down.

Was unsure about moving to a charter school but so glad that I did. They are so focused on academics and providing the proper resources for students struggling. The staff is always smiling and making kids feel welcomed. Made the change when my son was in 3rd grade now he will be graduating from here...

A miserable experience. My straight A student who used to love school now hates it. Bullying is terrible and sadly the teachers are some of the worst bullies there. The education is very much behind where we moved here from. And a smart kid who finishes their work in class early are stuck staring at...
