I transferred here my junior year and it's been great so far! The best part of this school are the amount of college courses that are possible to take. The worst part would have to be the certain rules that are put in place.

I enjoy the small town atmosphere that comes with attending a school with a student body of around 180 students. It meant I am able to be close with all my peers. However, anyone at my school will say we are poorly prepared for college. We are offered littles to no guidance and I have spent my time doing most of my own planning and preparation.

The majority of the teachers were helpful and wanted to see you succeed. There was also lots of academic opportunities if you went looking for them.

I attended Monmouth Academy in the early 2000's and loved it. It is a college preparatory school and the teachers were excellent and were most definitely able to prepare me for college. Many AP classes are offered so students can CLEP most of their first year of college if they want or need to. The...
