The students here don't care. It is not a very fun place to go. When people plan activities they struggle with participation. We need a new high school. Most teachers are pretty good, but I have had a lot who are very hard to learn anything from. The school spirit can vary from year to year but it can be really fun depending on the students. Much of sports are unfair and if you don't have the right last name you are not let on the team or played despite your skill. Some sports are not like this at all and are very enjoyable.

I love this school, it's so great and such a great environment to be in! The seminary building is so close, the feild and track are right out the back doors and classes are perfect!

South Sevier High School is a small school which has its pros and cons. One of the pros is knowing everyone in your school! Being in a smaller school has helped me be able to participate in many extracurricular activities.

Very bad. Would not recommend. Sports centered. Unsafe environment. Bullying is not properly dealt with.

Sports centered, favoritism from teachers/coaches, bullying, sexual harassment, unequal treatment based on religion/race/income, coverups of discrimination/harassment, better off to homeschool

I would rate this school 4 out of 5 stars. I would recommend other students to come here. They have so much opportunities for everyone. The teachers are very helpful, the students are very welcoming and kind.

Don't send your children to this school if you want them to actually learn anything academically. The schools emphasis is on athletics.
