As a vital steppingstone in Jasper County residents’ educational journey, Jasper County Middle School stands ready to put children’s education first with a rigorous but engaging curriculum and options to grow mentally and physically. The school sits on a quiet street near Pope Country Club. In small classes of about 15, pupils at Jasper County Middle are closely monitored and strongly encouraged by their teachers. Smaller classes also make it easier for students to form lifelong friendships.
In addition to their standardized educational courses, this public school provides special education services to eligible students. The Jasper County Charter System pledges to provide appropriate facilities and support for students with disabilities from ages 3 to 22.
Jasper County Middle hosts many extracurricular activities, including a technology fair and science Olympiad. Athletic students can join the Hurricanes sports teams for competitive baseball, cross-country track, football, basketball and wrestling. Band, Future Business Leaders of America and the Beta Club round out the school’s extensive options.

There is nothing nice to say about his horrible place. The Faculty do not return phone calls, if you catch them in person they pretend they never received a voice mail or message and still no follow up. The principal has no control over her staff or the students. Bullying is rampant. Teacher have no control over the classrooms. The teachers do not bother to contact parents with issues. I have been dealing with public schools for over 20 years and this is by far the worst place ever.
