I will say overall, my experience at Washington & Lee High School was above average. The diversity and the 'small-town' vibe really allows everyone to find their people. We have a beautiful group of diverse students, and there really is no segregation or cliques of any type. I love W&L and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. The teachers (most of them) really connect and help students transform.

What I enjoyed about Washington and Lee is that the students have school spirit when it comes to football games and social events going on at the school. The significant change I would like to see is a wider variety of school clubs that one can join because they don't have many options. It can stunt extracurriculars and when it comes to college applications. There is also a bit of diversity with a couple of foreign exchange students coming yearly. I also liked that there was never any prominent bullying because it was always a friendly atmosphere with both students and faculty.

Good things are coming for W&L. New High School is being built which will give future students a lot more opportunities. Looking forward to what the new school has to offer. Go Eagles!
