The school was okay. I honestly felt like I wasn't prepared for college. I feel very behind when it comes to others enrolling in college.

I would like to see a change in student involvement and opportunities to succeed. Parent communication is also something that can be improved and more academic choices for students to choose from.

The small-town atmosphere is nice, but it had several administration and faculty issues. Several classes like biology, algebra, etc. were taught by substitute or unqualified teachers. My guidance counselor was lackluster, then fired. This school does little to nothing to help students prepare for college unless they are in the collegiate program. Thankfully there is a new superintendent who seems to be moving MH in a positive direction.

They do absolutely nothing to help a child being bullied. In fact, the teachers do it as well. The staff sets a terrible example for children. Don't bother trying to get the superintendent to help either because he will just push it off to the others you've already been dealing with and have receive...
