Live Oak High School is a pretty nice school. I am very thankful to the faculty and recourses provided. However there are many aspect of this school that go unnoticed or ignored. Such the lack of college awareness and staff shortage. The overall mood that flows through the campus can be described as non-caring.

There are fights every week and the school has been locked down before. Not super fun and doesn't make you feel safe.

My class wasn't there for a huge part of it because of covid. So going back into it was a lot harder to make connections with other students and teacher/staff.

I have really enjoyed having my kids here. The various booster groups seem to be key to getting the extras at the school.
