Mount Dora high school is a great school the teachers are pretty nice and are great teachers the food is okay and everything is fun specially home coming week it's a great experience.

The environment is good, especially on game days. They care about academics and do the most for all the students to be successful. The only thing that I would change is to get our schedules earlier for dual enrolled kids.

It got me my diploma but there wasn't a whole lot of safety. all schools have stuff like drugs and issues going on but no one really enforces the rules and it feels like you just have to deal with what is going on.

This school (and lake county as a whole) allows bullying, and promotes a victim-blaming culture. If you’re an athlete, you can do and say whatever you want with no consequences. If you’re part of the “Mount Dora old money network” you pretty much run everything here.
