I substituted at every school in Marion and Mullins. I absolutely hated McCormick. The teachers do the best they can, but they can't do much with what they're given, and that is incredibly disrespectful students and no means of disciplining them. The discipline policy or procedure, or whatever you want to call it, might as well be nonexistent. The children know there's almost nothing the teachers can do, and they take full advantage of that.
