The best part about being at Central Magnet is that you can be in a class with individuals who have a similar level of knowledge to a subject to you, while also having others who may have more knowledge in other subjects. The worst part is the lack of communication that occurs during certain events.

The workload was extremely stressful at times but I can't complain too much with how many AP courses they offer. The classes are usually very detailed but some teachers' fast teaching styles can be hard to follow. The theatre program is amazing, if underfunded. I have been in and seen their plays and musicals and they rival even the best community theatres I've been to. This is very high praise for a high school program.

Central Magnet prepares you so well for college. The emphasis placed on academics can be stressful at times, but the classes offered and the teachers help you to maximize your mental power. Everyone understands the stress of the school, so people are understanding and very kind.

The arts programs are the best I've ever seen. The athletic teams aren't the greatest in the county, but Cen...
