GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

great teachers who genuinely cared for students and their different learning strategies. Only downside is we were a smaller county with not a lot of monetary resources, which could have lead to a better education and school system in general.

I transferred to BCHS because I had moved to Georgia a year prior and didn't fit in at my school that I transferred to originally. Once I started my senior year at Brantley, I realized BCHS opens new students and makes transferring a very easy process. I definitely felt safer than I had at my other school a year prior and everyone was always friendly. I'm sad that I wasn't able to attend Brantley County High School longer than just a year.

The staff there is caring and concerned about the students on every l...
