Nanuet Senior High School gave me an experience like no other school I've attended. They were able to help me in every step of the way, making sure that I was ready and prepared for the next big steps of my life. Without Nanuet, I wouldn't have been this far. I thank them for everything.

I had a good experience there. I had fun in sports, I wrestled each year there. Most of the teachers are nice, but some can be mean. There were many clubs to join. There were tons of school spirit. I got a good education and made many friends.

This school is very good. It's a blue ribbon school and even though it's a small school, they have multiple courses whether they are AP's or honors.

I got an incredible education at Nanuet. If your child applies themselves, they will be immensely prepared for college and the workforce. If they're lazy, that's their problem. Enough complaining about cliques. Your child just refuses to join extracurricular and make friends.

The school has too many cliques. The teachers only teach the material, not the child. Bullying is prevalent. I would not recommend the Nanuet school system. Putting my child in private school was the best thing I could have done for her.

I would rate it as disappointing, lonely, and sad. I would not recommend moving to this school district if you have children in middle or high school. The students are cliquish, lack empathy, and the culture is insular.

It’s a very small school lacking any diversity in race, socioeconomic status, religion, or thought. Aside from a very exceptional teachers, the teachers are mostly average at best. Athletics focus entirely on men’s sports.
