We had a computer lab and plenty of recess equipment. There was also art class and something called meet the masters where we would learn about a new artist each month as a school and then make a project in their style.

I had to take a kindergarten test to get in. I believe it required me to play games and it tested me on my shapes, numbers, the alphabet, and other basics. There was something called script which was coupons and gift cards that you had to buy through the school but for other stores and restaurants. Part of it was put towards admission.

Classrooms are incredibly overcrowded, the principal is rude, disrespectful and quite unCatholic-like. The teachers do seem to care about the kids and the education is better than Napa public schools. If your child has any learning differences whatsoever, I would avoid St. A’s. We LOVE Saint A's!!! Teachers and staff are warm and welcoming on campus and around the community. I am proud to send my children here. Parents are also fantastic-- a great sense of community. Spanish starts in kindergarten as does track. A rare gem of an elementary school!!!

St. Apollinaris has been the best choice for my kids! They are being challenged academically, have many extras (like Spanish since kinder), and are learning to be contributing members of our community. The principal and staff are very responsive to parents and children alike.
