GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Overall, Barron Collier has many different high-level courses to select from, especially when compared to nearby schools. I believe that Barron Collier has given me a very good opportunity to advance myself academically and provide me with the needed resources for my college application process.

Starting off as a freshmen It was very welcoming, yes I was nervous at times in the beginning but it eventually got to the point where I was very comfortable there like I knew everybody. I made plenty of friends and had great connections with teachers and staff. I love the events they have there and all the equality, no one feels left out. The school itself is build a little small but other than that its definitely a school I wont regret going to.

Teachers are great and in my experience all really care about the students. The administrators aren't very nice at all. The standards are kind of low and the students are insufferable. I don't eat lunch here myself, but I've heard that isn't great either.

Would never send my boys their again. Education is not emphasized and teachers are just pulling a paycheck. No mentoring going on, only passing time. Poor kids fall further behind. Drugs are rampant and girls can dress and act anyway they want. Zero discipline. Kids can miss up to 10 classes in each...

Im so happy we moved here and my son tells me daily he loves his school and his teachersPS if you read the reviews...

Not a good environment for young people. This school does more harm than good. Whenever I think about what my kids went through, I get PTSD.
