GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have enjoyed all of my teachers in the STEM classes because they have a great passion for their subjects and they enjoy teaching and helping kids learn. I have also enjoyed its involvement with UIL Academics and I believe that my best experiences have come from UIL events with many students who honestly enjoy learning. I think the worst part of my school career is that the AP curriculum is often not rigorous enough and is lowered to accommodate all students, not just the high achievers.

Overall it's a good school. School food could be better. The teachers mostly are understanding and helpful. I hope I get to be apart of their sports program as a coach and coach my little brother.

Needville is a small town district, so I like that everyone knows each other. However, rules are not consistent from year to year based on class size and involvement.

The students at Needvile are very well behaved and respectful - most parents are very supportive. The faculty are another story. While most are professional, there seems to be quite a bit of favortism and nepotism there. The school needs to focus more on other things besides winning the UIL District...
