GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I loved every second of going to Neoga. It's a small-town school where everyone knows each other. The past two years were a struggle because of cuts to different programs and teachers, but we still received the best education we could. I was sad when the FACS program was cut, but I was happy that I was able to take classes from that program for two years before it was cut.

FCCLA is a club that helps the community by picking up trash along Route 45, paint nails at the nursing home and at the elementary school. Art club tries to teach other students about the history of art and show off the students art work that they have created.

The smaller schools may have their drawbacks as far as less options for class choices, but what they lack in options they far exceed in everything else. I agree with the "not just a number" comment. The teachers here at Neoga know your name, they kn...
