There was a lot going on really, some not in the best sense, sometimes too loose to sometimes too strict rules, made good friends but also lost few along the way due to them transferring out as all the good teachers too left due to them not getting good contracts, so I would say it was chaotic 4 years especially with the start of COVID in the freshman year, but I'll take all memories with me till the end.

I've met many amazing people at NHS, friends and teachers alike. Teachers in particular have made a safe environment for students of all kind, regardless of race, sexuality, gender, and more. I love how our school is diverse and is able to celebrate differences rather than make students feel ashamed of them. The only thing I would change is that things should only progress in the future, as every student deserves to feel safe.

Some of the teachers are diamonds in the rough. The school has a lot of drama and unfortunate events that paints a bad picture for the school. Very low budget for any extra curriculars. Overall, it is an okay school to be at as long as you don't get into any drama.

Neptune school board invests a lot of money in infrastructure, and the physical school is as nice as you'd find anywhere. Probably the nicest aquatic center in NJ. The money however would be better spent on student counselling programs, social work, job placement and vocational programs. It's disapp...

I had a good experience at this school, though that was over 25 years ago. I was in mostly honors classes so I can not speak for the experiences of those in mid to lower level classes. I turned out fine, but can't say for sure whether or not I would've turned out better had I attended a "higher" ran...

The inmates are running the asylum. Students are out of control. Fights prevail. The teachers collect a salary and hope to move on to a better school.
