The Academy was an eye opening experience and definitely worth the hard work requires to succeed. Although, they do put a lot of unnecessary stress on students especially at the institutions benefit.

Some good teachers. Not worth the hype or mental stress. Administration can sometimes be insensitive to individual student needs. Met some great people here and some not good. The culture can suck at first because the environment is so toxic and competitive.

Do not send your child to this school unless he or she is an extreme over achiever. The teachers and administrators pay attention to the same kids over and over who get to be head of thisor that. If your child is at all shy, artistic or even just awkard this is not the school for them, they will not...
