GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school claims to be an extremely diverse and accepting place but bullying of queer and POC students runs rampant through the student body and admin does nothing to stop it, sometimes even encouraging it. I'd like to see them get theirnact together and actually be what they claim

We love the community and staff, but the education is just not up to par. My children have gone to this school from preK-4th grade and most the day they just sit around not doing work (because there isn't a lot of work being assigned). My oldest complained that she hadn't had language arts class in a week. Montessori has lots of great opportunities, and a certainly different style of teaching, but it just isn't challenging.

Community Montessori is a great open mind school. Their methodology aligns with our family values, we are happy that our child is not force to fit in the BOX, her strengths are maximize and weakness are supported.

CM is an all beige school that is lifeless and lacks personality. This school does NOT meet the needs of my children. My children are very well advanced and well behaved and score 2-3 grades above where they currently sit as far as age. This school was 2 steps back for all of my children.Generally spe...

The smugness of this school stands out in stark contrast to the quality of the education. The overall community isn't that great, or that welcoming. This is a group that is very happy with itself and isn't looking for new friends. The academics are very mediocre. I know Montessori is more self guided...

It has taken me a long time as a parent to decouple from my anger so that I could objectively review this school. My son was a student there, for 1/2 of last year and several years previous. In that time, he was made to feel inadequate. That he was "failing " as a person. His behavior should have be...

We were told that our daughter, 8 years-old, was doing well in math and having no issues until we moved and were leaving the school. In our exit interview her teacher told us she was very behind and needed extra help. We took her to individual tutoring who said she was 2 grade levels behind in math....
