Overall, my experience at Irondale has been very positive. I have felt adequately supported by most of my teachers. I have enjoyed the extracurriculars that I'm involved in. Admins, especially our principal, really try to connect with the students.

My overall experience at Irondale High School has been full of highs and lows. The experiences of myself and others are most likely similar to those of most other schools. We have a thriving amount of AP and college options but we also lack an amount passionate extracurricular options.

Irondale has been such a wonderful experience for me. The teachers make me feel seen and the staff help with issues I may have, whether it be with my home life or with the curriculum they provide. I wasn't expecting such a positive and engaging staff from a highschool when I first began attending but my principal has done everything to make it enjoyable.

I graduated from this high school in 2009. I have since gone on to receive a bachelor's degree and master's degree at two well-regarded state universities. I have had a successful career and worked for employers across the United States. My income as a single-earner has roughly matched the average i...

Overall this school is great, great people, community, faculty and staff and the coursework is rigorous but fair. Up until the point where I went off the college and found that the school had not dropped the classes, I intended to drop as to not affect my post-secondary GPA. I found out the hard way...
