Merritt Academy is a great school! It's not very big so students get lots of one-on-one time with teachers to ask questions and receive help, if need be. Also, it's great in terms of receiving an education.

I love Merritt! The teachers truely care about your well being and will stay hours after school is finished to make sure you succeed. I went there 3rd-12th grade and Loved every second!

My experience at Merritt Academy is pretty good. This is my first year there coming from Prevail Academy. I like how all of the teachers expand on a concept area in a subject and really make sure that all of the students understand it. Something I would like to see change is the electives in middle school. I would like there to be a more variety of elective instead of the basic ones. Some suggestions are photography, cross country, orchestra, pottery, drama, science olympiad, etc.

One being the outright racist discrimination we faced at a local public school and the other because my dyslexic c...

I think it's very disgraceful that we went to merritt for a football game and the announcer was discusting at his comments towards the visiting teams.

Amazing families send their kids here, some travel really far from “good school districts” just to go here. Others move closer to live by Merritt I feel like that says something.
